This exercise turned out to be super helpful. It gave me a chance to experiment with different ways ink can be manipulated, like how the wash can create different textures and depths in the work. The fluidity of the ink allowed me to play around with tones and transitions, which was really interesting.
I also did some artist research, which helped me get a deeper understanding of how other artists use ink in their work. Seeing how they approached it made me think differently about my own process and gave me some ideas.
